Sandee Road Ventures is a real estate investment firm with a focus on workforce and affordable housing. Through these avenues, we aim to make positive impacts on our cities, including community empowerment, sustainability & impact investing. Through strategic partnerships with developers, operators, property managers, and other syndicators, we can turn ambitious objectives into tangible results.
Trevor Melito is Sandee Road Ventures' Co-Founder and Principal, dedicated to helping investors find opportunities that achieve excellent returns while improving the world around them.
While working in Wells Fargo's Commercial Banking Division, Trevor was responsible for over $2.7 Million in cost savings, improving operational efficiencies that directly impacted the bottom line. In addition, Trevor has property managed over 300 units in the Charlotte MSA, along with experience in Residential & Commercial brokerage, commercial financing, investment analysis, asset management, and fix-n-flips. Primary functions include acquisitions and asset management.
Trevor holds a BS in Finance and Supply Chain Operations from the University of South Carolina.
Sandee Road Ventures’ Co-Founder and Principal, Harry Blondell, developed his real estate experience from Baltimore to the Charlotte MSA through fix-n-flips, asset management and investment analysis. Prior to pursuing real estate full time, Harry owned and operated a landscaping company while pursuing his degree. Post graduation he spent his nine-to-five work week managing a team of 30 employees at a Fortune 100 company.
Harry holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
