This 60 unit multifamily site sits in a growing area of Charlotte, NC.  As units turn, we will renovate them to have consistent finishes across the board. We will implement an 80% AMI rent restriction to maintain the affordability.  We will work with corporate and nonprofit partners throughout the city to provide services for our residents to support upward economic mobility.

Central, SC | 82 Units

This 82 unit multifamily site is located just over three miles from the Clemson University campus and up the road from Lake Hartwell & Keowee. As units turn, we will renovate the remaining classic units to be in line with premium, market finishes across the site. We will implement a rent restriction at 60% and 80% AMI across 75% of the units to achieve a tax exemption.
